Youth Conference
In March 2005, the BCAAFC and PAYC will be holding a youth conference in Vancouver . The conference will be attended by 1000 Aboriginal youth from all over the province. There will be workshops, sports and recreation activities, arts and crafts, cultural performances, and celebrity talent performances. Celebrities will include Jennifer Podemski, Swil Kanim, George Leech, and others. A job fair will be held to introduce youth to various professions and post-high school educational opportunities.
